Kaolin processing in Khorasan Kaolin Company is carried out by washing with water by various types of hydro cyclones in order to remove silica and increase the content of aluminum oxide. An advanced homogenization system is used to prepare the formulation of processed products and to create product homogeneity, which can completely eliminate the concerns of consumers about quality fluctuations. Raw kaolin from different mines is crushed and milled after obtaining quality approvals and delivered to the factory. Depending on the type of consumer industry, it is dehydrated and filtered after several stages of washing, and finally depending on the customer’s demands, the materials are packaged in noodle or powder form.
